DVDxDV Pro est conçu pour restaurer l'audio et la vidéo des DVD vers tout autre format pris en charge par QuickTime. Si vous avez déjà voulu rééditer la vidéo, envoyer un extrait par Internet, ou la lire sur votre iPad, iPhone, iPod ou iPod Touch, DVDxDV rend ce processus facile.
DVDxDV Pro permet aux utilisateurs de systèmes de montage haut de gamme, tels que Final Cut Pro, Final Cut Express, iMovie, Premiere Pro ou Avid Media Composer, d'extraire un audio multi-canaux de haute qualité des DVD. Chaque canal individuel dans une piste sonore peut être exporté vers un fichier audio AIFF 24 bits séparé. De plus, DVDxDV Pro permet aux utilisateurs d'inverser l'ordre des champs entrelacés d'un DVD. DVDxDV Pro vous permet de capturer n'importe quelle image d'un DVD et de l'enregistrer dans un fichier. Cliquez sur la fenêtre d'aperçu et faites glisser l'image sur le bureau ou copiez l'image dans le presse-papiers et utilisez-la dans Photoshop, Aperçu ou tout logiciel de retouche d'image.

This program is good for people lacking general tech and codec knowledge; the interface is fairly simple, and in many scenarios will work fine. However, I would spend the time to learn how to use MPEG Streamclip as it can do everything this program does (batch exports, exporting user-set regions, etc.) and more (more output options, demuxing, etc.) at much better quality, and for free. My main reason for abandoning this product is the terrible way it handles deinterlacing: on several PAL sources, after fiddling with every setting possible, the resulting quicktimes were terrible quality: effectively the program was throwing out half of the resolution. I would like to recommend this program because of the simple interface, but on too many occasions I've been burned and gone back to MPEG Streamclip to do it right.

DVDxDV PRO does what it says and does it better then anyone else. I have used it for years. Their support team are really nice and fast at fixing issues i've had over the years.
Footage i have captured with DVDxDV Pro just works with FCP and footage have even been used for TV Broadcast. I can't praise it enough.

I read somewhere the developer tells us some pro studios are using this program. I would like to know which pro studio. I do not believe this.
I am a video editor for about 35 years. Got the whole analog to digital age and I am proud to say I have a lot experience regarding video editing both analog and digital. This program does not cut the bill on professional level. It has adequate problems with severe audio sync problems. It sometimes even time stretches the audio to keep up with the timecode. If this is done the right way it would be acceptable but I hear audio artifacts on some parts. That is not good.
Maybe it is workable for simple things but calling it a Pro application is not right.
